Liftable vertical bench with both retractable clamping bars

Technical specifications:

• The right moving beam stops on a rack, thus ensuring perfect parallelism with the left fixed beam and, consequently between the two frame uprights

• Both beams can rotate to make the volume disappear in relation to the frame support base in order to allow the finished frame to exit both to the right and to the left onto roller conveyors or carriages for storage or logistic handling

• To favour the easy movement of the frame, the sliding top features rollers at 165 mm from one another (this way, even frames of small dimensions can be slid without any problem)

• Rollers are made by galvanized steel anti-wear

• The frame support base has a lower swan neck to enable frames with a mechanical threshold or with a monobloc coextruded intrados to be machined

• The support base of the frame can be raised by approximately 50 cm to make it easier for the operator to insert the glazing clamping strip into the lower side of the frame
